  1. A hotel room is rented for days (the hotel day lasts from 2 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day). If the Guest has not specified the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that he has been rented for one day.
  2. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, guests should report it at the reception desk by 10:00 on the closing date of the room. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to extend the day. The fee for extending the day is equal to the applicable rate per day.
  3. The guest may not transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he has paid the fee has not expired.
  4. People who are not checked in the room can stay in the room from 7:00 to 22:00. After 22:00, the Guest is obliged to check in additional people staying in the room with him.
  5. The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who has grossly violated the regulations during the previous stay, causing damage to the property of the hotel or Guests, or damage to the Guests, Hotel employees or other people staying at the Hotel, or who otherwise disturbed the Guest's peaceful stay or the functioning of the Hotel.
  6. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them at the reception as soon as possible, which will enable an immediate response.
  7. Night silence in the Hotel is in effect from 22.00 to 6.00. The behavior of guests and people using the hotel services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The hotel may immediately refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this principle, without reimbursement of the costs incurred for the stay.
  8. The amount due for the stay at the Hotel is charged in advance for the entire duration of the stay in accordance with the booking confirmation sent. All fees (e.g. charges for telephone calls, additional services) are settled by the reception desk and points where the service is provided.
  9. The hotel is obliged to provide:
    - conditions for full and unhindered rest for the Guest,
    - security of stay,
    - professional and courteous service,
    - cleaning the room and carrying out the necessary repairs during the Guest's absence, and in the case of the Guest's presence only if he agrees and wishes.
  10. At the Guest's request, the Hotel provides the following services free of charge:
    - providing information related to the stay and travel,
    - wake up,
    - luggage storage (the Hotel may refuse to accept luggage for storage on time
    - other than the dates of the Guest's stay).
  11. The hotel's liability for the loss or damage of valuables is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception desk.
  12. The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.
  13. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room.
  14. The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the hotel equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. The guest should notify the hotel reception about the damage immediately after it is discovered.
  15. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters and other similar electrical devices that are not part of the Hotel equipment in the rooms.
  16. Each time leaving the room, the Guest should check whether the door is closed properly.
  17. Personal belongings left in the room by the Guest will be sent back at the Guest's request to the address provided, at their expense. In the absence of such an instruction, the Hotel stores the items left behind for 3 months.
  18. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms. If this rule is violated, the Guest's account will be charged with the amount of PLN 200 for the need to further refresh the room.
  19. Guests can use the services of restaurants and cafes, but in an atire that does not disturb other guests. The hotel may refuse to service a guest wearing, for example, only swimming trunks.
  20. Guests arriving with a dog, cat or other animal are required to inform the reception at the time of booking or at the latest on the day of arrival. Guests are obliged to clean up after their charges and to pay an additional fee: PLN 30 per night for a small animal (up to 10 kg) and PLN 60 for a large animal (over 10 kg).

    The regulations were adopted in 20 points.
